How do you clean the mat?

I use the tubal part of my Dyson cleaner which has a strong suction.

Are the edges finished to stop fraying?

We've had ours for about 2 years and the edges haven't deteriorated that much at all. No fraying but I do remember initially that it moulted a bit but settled down soon after and fine after a hoover

Can you cut to a particular size for me??

Not too difficult to cut yourself with a Stanley knife on the smooth reverse side. Marker pen to size and cut firmly against a steel rule or length of wood.

How did you cut this to size?

I cut it with a Stanley knife from the back. Turn it over to cut but remember it's the opposite side if your cutting angles!

Seems to be good quality and value

This appears to be good quality and value - but of course time will tell. Judging by other reviews I think it will be fine. One very tiny niggle - If I order something 100cms x 100cms, that's what I expect. Cut reasonably accurately. Our piece arrived with one distinctly wavy edge. It wasn't an issue but it did need fixing. That's why it's a 4 star, not 5.

Easy to install

Just what I was looking for, have 25mm oak floor and needed something that was recessed into the floor. Great durability and will extend the life of my flooring as it traps all dirt and debris from shoes. Vacuums easily but can even lift it out give a good shake. Picture says it all, looks great works great.
