Good value, works well for Sushi sauces but a little bit sweet for me
The first rice vinegar I ever bought, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I wanted Sushi Vinegar to make a sauce for 'Tuna Ponzu', which is my favorite dish at YoSushi. It worked fine, but is a little bit sweet for my liking.
