I got Koya - its true to the picture and the size is as expected. It's super soft and cute and very hug-able, I'm thinking of getting Jin's alpaca one in the bigger size. It arrived about 2 weeks early which was a nice surprise, the only slight concern I had initially was that the packaging was quite flimsy plastic and it had torn a bit so you could see the cushion through it. I was worried the cushion might be torn or damaged but it wasn't at all so overall I'm happy with it!

Overall this product is great, considering it's not official. I bought shookie because I thought it's not official so the shapes might be a bit off but you can't really mess up a circle so I can't speak for the other characters but mine was well shaped?/stitched? Its hands could be a little more stuffed but other than that it's a great product, it's like the picture shows

Got this for my friend for Christmas. Honestly really disappointed as it looks nother like the picture shown. The shape is different and the colour is incorrect. However, the quality (i.e softness) of the pillow is pretty good.

Great product, grandchild really loves it.
