Q: does this come with the ladder?

The Ladder M8trix is an optional extra available for separate purchase. It does not come with the ladder. Kind regards Ladders-Online Sales Team

Q: What is the maximum ladder base width it will take? Is it 507mm max or is that the outside measurement of the stopper?

There's a "typo" somewhere. The outside width of the stopper is 570mm. The maximum ladder base width that will fit is 550mm. Hope that helps.

Q: Is this model pro plus for inside too or just pro for outside only? pro and pro plus are not the same.

From what I have observed of the product you could use in indoors on a carpet but due to the 'spikes. which are meant to save it slipping, I would not use on wood or tiles. You could remove the spikes, they screwed, and try using it without as it is fairly heavy and indoors you are not going be climbing that high.

Q: I have just bought a new ladder it has a stabelizing crossbar at the bottom,can the ladder mate still be used??
