Is this tablet 4g enabis there watts appled, unlocked and ready for any sim card?

Blimey thats bad English!! But if I understand correctly, yes the T585 model I have is 4g, unlocked and accepted the Nano sim from my iphone 6 with o2 monthly subscription

Can be used as phone?

The tablet can be used as a phone if you have a contract with a network company for example. EE and there is a sim card slot for you to insert the sim. However the tablet will only use a NANO sim like the iPhones otherwise the sim won't fit the tablet as a normal SIM card is too big so you may have request one from your network company. - NANO sim.
