Install was easyWorks for the priceGreat value, and Recommend for any house in bathrooms.Looks good, just wish programming was less complicated. You can program this in 1 minute out of the box, but don't toss those directions. The switch has a number of features, that you won't remember.

Easy to install. Works as designed. Turn on and off automatically and has a manual mode as well as indicated.

This switch is a little cumbersome to program but it works well. Not good for a guest bathroom as it isn’t obvious how to manually turn it on, you hit “M” twice.I put one in our master bath and it works very well. Humidity sensing seems accurate. It works much better than the Broan/Nutone switch which is junk.

I needed something to turn the fan on instead of remembering. This switch has a really good and very sensitive humidity sensor.I programmed it easily with the manual to turn on for 20 minutes after a certain threshold. 1 minute is the standard but my fan draws too much humidity out of the room so it has to restart again.The only downside is pressing the M button twice to turn it on manually.
