Fantastic iPad stand, not janky at all
I’m trying to learn some music lessons and thought an iPad stand would be perfect to assist with some of the videos on YouTube. This stand is a great product and the quality of build really shines. The base is heavy and I thought white would be a good idea but if I could go back, I’d buy the black version to avoid stains.

Inexpensive way to move screens around the house.
What a great product! I can put my phone or tablet on it and both sizes work. The screens can rotate horizontally or vertically. I set it up next to my bike so I can use Fulgaz or Rouvy and ride a route. I also use it for being able to easily move a screen around the house for viewing anywhere. Great and easy to set up. I recommend!

A few compromises for the retractability/portability
This stand really *stood* out to me because of the retractable levels, and being able to fold flat when I want it out of the way. The telescoping sections are sturdy and don't sink down with the weight of my Kindle Paperwhite or iPad Pro. Especially when used bed-side, I like being able to just push it down and tuck it away before I go to sleep so that I don't knock into it in the middle of the night.Adjustability could be slightly better at the head of the stand-- you can rotate it or adjust vertically but you can't pan horizontally. This design would have been nearly perfect with a ball head like they have on their other stand. Again, the collapsible design was still more important to me, so it was a compromise I was willing to make.Additionally, it's a bit wobbly on carpet, but still not a huge issue with the devices mentioned unless one was to knock into it. It's definitely more sturdy on hard floors. The base isn't super heavy which was in general a pro for me, because I am moving it from upstairs to downstairs to back up again on weekends so the portability is nice.

Cannot take the weight of a normal sized ipad
If you've got a larger sized iPad, this thing can't take the weight and will slide down from whatever height you tried to leave it at. I'm using it for another camera angle for golf and it does not work. Waste of $50.

Stand works great and stable.
Works great. We use it to play children shows for our bird while we’re at work, outside his cage. It’s stable and easy to adjust.
