The mini tape measure is convenient. I think it is great for any homeowner to have. I used it as a keychain and the measuring tape helped me greatly while I am at the home improvement store. These miniature tape measurers are pretty neat. I had one a couple of years ago that looked the same but was made out of actual metal that I was trying to replace. I didn't expect these to be made out of plastic. Still, they're a fun toy.
