Excellent excellent product! Have had this system installed for over two weeks. I recommend it10 times over. Night and day difference in water taste and TDS levels. My city water level reads 378; now I’m down to 18 with this system!! Install instructions and video were straight-forward and not hard at all to install. No leaks anywhere. Tank, filter housings, connectors and piping are all quality materials. On a side note I would recommend a permeate pump (NuAqua doesn't sell them) to go with any RO system because it makes the whole RO system run so much better.

The NuAqua System was easy to install and I had no issues in starting it up. I chose the system because it was the lease expensive on the replacement filters.

Very easy to install. Instructions clear and simple to understand.As for the water, we are on county water. It was 240 ppb before install. After went down to 20 ppb.Coffee, tea and ice are now crystal clear. Great investment.

Avoid this product and the seller FactoryDealsDirect. The product is poorly made, the quality of the parts is low. The rear connection leaks, slowly, to be sure, but enough that it will flood your countertop. The leak causes all the water in the filter chamber to slowly flow out, exposing the now wet filter media (all of it) to be exposed to air, and now, bacterial and other microbial growth.When I removed the system from the box, the filter media was not separated into neat layers, it was all mixed up. It looked like someone had put the filter in a paint shaker. I let this pass at first, as it was mostly layered with intermixing. Once I discovered the leak in the back (which I tried to seal with a spare gasket I had on hand and some Teflon tape, to no avail), I decided to disconnect the unit and discard it.Again, do not buy. Poor quality. So poor, in fact, I am not even going to attempt to contact the seller for a refund or replacement. It is just not worth my time.If I could rate this with zero stars I would.

Those who leave the blue handles have to remove them. OMG, pay to have them installed if you don't have common sense.

We have a large extended family and often entertain the group. Our water is generated from an onsite pump system, and we have a reverse osmosis filtration system that provides clean water to the kitchen water dispenser. The system will struggle during family gatherings, so I added a second system. I picked a location in the garage that allowed me to run a second supply tube into the kitchen. Fortunately, the system NU Aqua Reverse Osmosis System that I purchased turned out as the BEST choice. Given how many choices are available, I picked this one after reading the positive reviews. Here are some additional things that are worth mentioning. The system arrives very well packaged, and the supplied items are separated intuitively by type i.e. all filters are packaged, the installation kit, tubing, fittings, tank are separated. What I most appreciated are the installation instructions. Clearly the manual for this system was written with careful attention for non-technical people. This manual is step-by-step and has been carefully edited and the English is clear with no grammatical errors. It contains multiple photos of each installation step AND the various water tubes are color-coded as well as the fittings they attach to. The installation kit contains everything required to connect to the water supply valve and to the drain. You only need a few tools to tighten the connection to the supply valve and a way to drill a ¼” hole in the sink drain to affix the drain tube. The rest of the fittings are simple tube fittings where the tube is pushed into the fitting (nothing to tighten and nothing to leak). Again, all the required fittings are included with the kit. The company clearly understands this market and I appreciated their attention to making what looks like a complicated system very easy to install. They even provide a wrench to tighten the filter housing and a decal for each filter housing containing the different filter part numbers thereby ensuring that you buy the correct replacement filters when the time comes. One recommendation is that you purchase a bulk length of tubing (Amazon cleverly gives a pop up add for the extra tubing and some additional fittings during checkout). Depending on where you install the tank, the filters and water dispenser, you will probably find some of the tubing supplied with the system is too short. It’s cheap insurance to have the extra tubing and it saved me a trip to the hardware store.
