Can these be washed in the dishwasher, top rack?

From what I can observe, the should be ok in a dishwasher but I'd try to avoid the heated drying cycle. This just my opinion/experience. I use them in the field and at the end of the day just swish them in some soapy water and then rinse and let dry

How heat tolerant is the item?

They did fine outside during summer for my monarch caterpillars - But not sure what type of heat you are referring to

Are they autoclaveable?

It is supposed to be, but they warp when autoclaved

No, they hold 50 mL test tubes.
