It's delivered without any brand info or leaflet, not sure if it's genuine one, however, the build quality seems to be solid, wish it will last long.In general, bamboo steamer is much better than the stainless steel ones. It's recommended to steam it before first use and brush some veg oil on it after it's thoroughly dry.

Have been used for a year, let it dry completely and brush it with a bit of vegetable oil afterwards would make it stronger!

Great steamer! Cooks fish and veg quickly and beautifully. I also bought the 11" aluminum steaming ring to protect the bamboo steamer and they work perfectly together.

Disgusting and dangerous
Bought this as thought a branded one would be better quality. However it has splinters coming off everywhere, terribly packaged, the top looks green/blackned/mouldy and disgusting. The 3 tiers don't even line up.
