When I saw this on Amazon, I thought hmmm. After filling it with my preferred massage lotion and my therapist using it, I asked myself why I've gone this long without having one of these is beyond me. While the massage room in my home is kept at a comfortable 75F, having a therapist use warm massage oil during therapy is absolutely wonderful. I thought I relaxed before during a massage but definitely snoring away now. The only improvement I would possibly recommend to this unit is to make the setting a digital push button instead of a dial as the dial tends to skip several degrees at a time when adjusting the temperature. Example, if you want exactly 100F degrees it might jump from 97 - 103 - back to 94 back to 106F before you actually get close to 100F. Other than that, the unit, jar, and pump do exactly what is needed - warming the lotion for a relaxing massage.

We use this most days now that it is winter and it heats body oils well. Very comforting on a cold morning after a shower. It would be great for use on a spa day. I wish you did not have to empty the contents, but could place a bottle of your oil or lotion inside. This is the only reason for a 4, otherwise it would be a 5.

After wasting my money on other units I purchased this one and I am thrilled with this product. It holds a lot of product and once warmed up, it keeps the product at the temperature you chose. If you have a full canister/bottle it does take longer then 15 minutes. More like 30 minutes but this doesn't stop me from giving this item a 5 star rating.

Terrible oil warmer , I original purchase 7 then I found out the oil heater got burn and catch fire because of the oil bottle when it gets to warm temperture it causing oil all over on the bottom of the heater causing catch fire , also burn my table as well , I always wipe the bottle really clean and dry but after when I turn on the oil heater don’t know why the bottom of the heater have oil leak , I check all over the bottle and heater didn’t see any leaking , I’m guessing but the oil gets to right temperate it causing oil steam out and sank on the bottom of the oil heater , I’m worry that another 6 I bought gonna catch fire again , overall this oil heater weird and I’m not happy with the purchase , it causing me worry daily too scary to turn on the oil heater again because worry about catching fire . Very bad

It's a little tricky to get evenly heated lotion there's a whole process that I go through with shaking it up because it heats from the outside in. if it was left on all the time it would probably be fine but I only warm it up when it's time for my daughter to take a bath.

The operation of this lotion warmer is quite simple and straightforward - just turn the dial and let it heat up. However, the outcome isn't necessarily so. I filled up the jar about halfway to start. The heating element is situated around the bottom half of the bottle. I heated my lotion to my desired temp and pumped the lotion out; it came out cold. I tried again and had the same experience. I presume this is because the lotion stuck at the top of the pump is not being heated. The pump stores a lot of lotion, so I had to pump a ton of cold product out to get to what was actually warmed by the machine. If my logic is correct, I will experience this every time let the machine get cold and turn it back on, especially once the bottle gets half empty. That kind of defeats the purpose of the machine. On a positive note, the lotion at the bottom was indeed warm and runny. If I can get THAT lotion to come out the first time, the warmer will be of great use.
