I purchased the half moon for myself and started realizing my cats were using it as well. They're nowhere close to being seniors, but they love the comfort and quality of these cushions. Ended up buying a full one for them to share, and yet I still get my half moon stolen by one of them. 😶

I have used a number of meditation pillows/benches over the course of my journey to a happier healthy life and this pillow from mindful and modern is by far my favorite one. I love how sturdy it is, it forms perfectly to my bodies shape. It holds steady so I am not having to readjust during my meditation sessions. I have put it to the test and I can say with 100% confidence that this pillow will work for you. I have had numerous 1hr+ sessions and it’s just perfect. No more back pain, In the past with other pillows I would have to re-situate in the middle of my meditation and you know what that does.... I ordered in white and it arrived quickly. The first time using the seams near handle came open. Almost as if weight was too much to take. I had to repair myself. I’m hoping the inside stays in tact. It’s attractive in white and remains in my living room because it is so nice.

During pandemic lockdown, working from home in a more confined than an office space, I started paying attention to how my body felt as I spent the day in front of a computer screen, which led to moving my computer to my coffee table and sitting on my rug — on a cushion. This one. I love being able to rearrange my legs throughout the day. Feels more relaxing for my hips, better for my back. I bought a second cushion for when I have friends over and they get jealous of how comfortable I look and want to try it. Not that my couch and chairs aren't comfy, but this seat is a better feel for a full day's work.

Just what I wanted, it is very firm and the right about of thickness.

I really like this zafu, and it is of a very high quality. I'm tall (5'8") and it raises me off the floor enough to tuck my legs and still be comfortable. It has the right balance of give to be comfortable and mold to your body, but is not so squishy that you don't get support and stability.Unlike other zafu being sold, this came with no bugs: I opened up the two covers, and all the buckwheat hulls were perfectly clean.As a plus, the cover is very sturdy, made of a type of light canvas. For some reason my cat is drawn to this pillow, he loves to try to pounce and paw at it (I think he likes the sound the hulls make). His claws have snagged the cover, but there are no tears, holes, or snags. Win win!
