I would have given this purchase 5 stars but for the appalling delays/confusion caused by the delivery company. This item was purchased on Amazon Prime, but it did not arrive on the specified date due to the delivery company sending the mattress to the wrong dispatch depot! Wasted a day waiting for the delivery.Amazon customer service were brilliant in resolving the issue.Love these mattresses. Have bought them for the children's beds on the recommendation of my daughter. She purchased this mattress for her spare room which I use frequently when I visit. It has also been purchased again by a family member on my recommendation.They are very comfortable, sturdy and good value for money.Remember to rotate the mattress frequently to prolong its life.

Bought a single for our daughter's bed and it's been used daily for 4 years, occasionally by adults too. Very comfortable, never creaks or makes a noise and hasn't noticeably sagged or misshaped itself in any way. All stitching and fabric is still perfect.It was so good, we bought another king-size for our guest room bed as we didn't want to spend a lot for something that only gets occasional use. Guests have all commented on how comfortable it was and our in-laws bought a couple more for a rental property as a result.Just taken delivery of our third for our other child's room - I really can't see you getting better without spending a lot more money than this.My only comment would be that it is probably more on the firm side than a medium, but feel is a bit subjective anyway really.

Oh, wow! This is such a comfy mattress! I got an email from Happy Beds asking me to ring them to arrange delivery and was given a choice of dates with an 0800-1700 delivery slot. The mattress was delivered before 0900 on the nominated day and we quickly installed it on my sons bed. He has slept on it for four nights now and he says he has never slept better! It is a lovely, deep, well-covered, substantial mattress. It is medium-firm and feels like it will last really well. Overall - an excellent buy that we are very happy with.

I really like the mattress. I bought it for a lodger and he said it was more firm that he would like so I waited until he moved out so I could check it for myself. It is quite deep which makes the bed high, so I actually have to climb quite literally into bed. The mattress has a sort of luxurious look about it. It looks expensive. It is a very comfy night's sleep and although quite firm, I thought it was medium/firm compared to the firm mattress I usually sleep on.

This is the second one I have bought, the first one was soo loved by teenager that we updated the mattress for different bed for other teenager by getting another mattress.The company are great, they gave me a phone call prior to give a delivery time slot.Very comfortable mattress that still remains medium rather than too sort or too firm.

Had this mattress for 2 years now and have to say it's probably the best mattress I've ever slept on.It's very firm so if you fancy melting into Grandma's soft feather-bed then look elsewhere. The mattress itself is very well made - quality item and well padded with not even a whiff of a spring. The edges are strong and well covered so you can sit on the edge without it collapsing. After 2 years there's absolutely no sign of any sinking or sagging. Looks like it'll be going strong for another decade at least. Would highly recommend.

Good quality but being orthopaedic it's pretty hard, however adding a good quality topper has turned it into a very comfortable bed, feedback from guests has been very positive.

Have had this mattress for two years now. It's on my adult sons bed. It's still just as comfy as the day it was first used. Durability it still looks like new. No loose threads, no unwelcome dips in it. So pleased with it, buying another one for my other son.
