Fast delivery. Had one before, which burned out the motor, so knew what to expect. Be aware that if it's a replacement, the 'old' beakers may not suit the new machine. My husband pointed this out to me when I couldn't get it to work. Using the new beakers solved the problem. Good to see a sticker on the front, explaining how to use the machine properly. I was using 'bursts' before, hence the motor burning out. Advised with this machine not to do this. Works brilliantly. Really pleased. THANK YOU!

Excellent product, delivery swift without issue

I have now had 2 of these blenders and they are great apart from the fact that after using them approx 15 times they broke. The first one broke and I got a replacement which also broke soon after I got it. I would certainly not purchase again.

Brought this blender on groupon. It states there is a recipe book...there is not. It's a piece of paper with 4 recipes.

What is the 'steamer lid' for?I do not call the small leaflet I received, either an 'instruction manual' or a 'recipe book'very misleading. Not enough info on how to use it.Smaller than I expected too, and feels flimsy, will see how long it lasts.

Forget the reviews about not crushing ice. It's a smoothie blender more than anything. It will crush anything as long as there is liquid in with everything else. Hasn't failed me yet

This is an excellent little blender, very simple to use and very easy to clean. Used daily in my house and unobtrusive enough to be out all the time rather than in the back of a cupboard in no time like most electrical kitchen gadgets. Ideal for smoothies and the like, with or without ice. Obviously as a BLENDER the best results are gained when blending something with liquid. Not much good as a chopper/grinder, so if that's what you want don't buy this. I purchased mine through Groupon and got a 5 cup model for £23.99 so excellent value too. Not sure i'd pay £70 for one though.

I've used it for a few months for smoothies, masala and soups and it's been great. I think you need to add some liquid for it to work, so I just add some milk or a bit of water. I press the button and hold it rather than pressing repeatedly (someone mentioned that pressing repeatedly caused problems with the motor). It's not the best choice if you want to cook for more than 2 people as the cups are relatively small but you can always divide ingredients and blend them in two batches in two separate cups.
