Very disappointed

I had hoped to receive 2 chains of choker length. These were much too short (and I am not heavy) and could not fit around mn neck and when I was trying one to see if it could be fastened the fastener broke off in my hand so essentially I paid for nothing.

The chain was broken when I received it.

I'm so disappointed with this purchase. I opened the bag and the chain was broken in half. I bought 2 other ones for my grandchildren during the winter and loved them, so I decided to order another one for my granddaughter for a pendant that she has. Now she can't use it. She was very disappointed when she saw it. Now I'm out the money I spent and a chain...

Clasps VERY hard to use

VEry hard for a woman to close the clasp. Hole in end that goes over clasp is VERY small. Chain is also very thin. I'd look for another brand even is it costs more

Broke immediately

It broke pretty much immediately after putting it on. I fastened it and walked around, and suddenly it just slid off to the floor :/ it wasn’t tight, and I didn’t handle it roughly, or snag it on anything. Not sure what happened! I received it in a plastic baggie where it was kind of balled up and I wonder if the links in certain places were bent or weakened in transit. A shame because it’s a very pretty and dainty little chain.
