Besides the 2 bad reviews posted I thought maybe 3rd time is a charm... but no. It's 3 strikes your out. This is my first router ever out of many which will not allow admin login as instructed with default "admin" password, even after many resets. It also presents two language options and I got the other admin translation which also did not work. Added to that there is a list of at least 10 other standard industry login names available none of which worked. Do yourself a favor and mind these reviews along with the value of your time regardless of how nice the ad looks or features sound. That only counts on products that perform as claimed. If zero stars were an option... that's what it deserves. Also, the seller should quit listing these and wasting peoples time and efforts. The manufacturer should also take heed and listen to feedback and fix the problems listed from buyers.

I have the same issue as the other buyer who posted a review today. Tried using a T-Mobile LTE sim in this but the Network mode is always red and hence doesn't connect to the internet. T-Mobile technicians said the problem is in the router and that probably it is not unlocked correctly.

Just received this unit today, looks a nice design, but after spending an hour or so setting up, I determined this B593u-12 unit cannot connect to T-mobile LTE network. The LED mode status indicator always cycles from blinking yellow to red. Login to the admin portal and check internet status, SIG shows grey, Mode cycles from blinking to red, and SIM shows solid green. "Connection Status" always cycles from: "connecting" to "disconnected" but no success connecting to the carrier network. Ready to send back for refund.
