Bought this a couple of years ago and it’s still looking good. Only slight little bits of rust appearing on the side shelves which does wipe away. Very sturdy and cover is easy to put on and off over summer/ winter months. My husband is very fair and loves that he’s shaded when cooking in the summer time.i would definitely recommend this product

Missing key parts for the roof, without which, the product is useless. Outsunny offered very little help as the product was out of warranty given my garden rebuild was delayed. Whilst understanding of the warranty issue, there was no will to try and help (refused to contact supplier) despite my being more than happy to pay for spares. I then find from the reviews that this same issue of missing parts appears to have happened before. Shame as I actually liked the product, but the sheer unwillingness of Outsunny to want to help fix their mistake, makes me very wary about using them in the future.

Very happy with this, should last a few years at least. Seen some reviews about problems with assembly but I had no problems. Took about an hour and a half with just myself (and some dodgy balancing against the fence 🙃). Double check instructions and no problems. Only tricky part was putting the roof on at the end but was due to unlevel floor, nothing some paint tubs couldn't sort for me. If looking for a bbq roof and have a medium size you can't go wrong with this.Only criticism is the holes in the feet could be bigger as I'm bolting it to my patio. But only minor as I'm just gonna drill them bigger (and paint obvs as not to create a rust spot).

It was a bit disconcerting that the first thing I read on the instructions is that this is a 3-person assembly, especially when, checking later, I did not find this information anywhere in the details online. This is because the only available assembly team comprised my husband and myself, both in our 70s, and I am only 5 ft in height. With hindsight, the instructions are actually very clear but we did not pay strict enough attention to them, especially to the order of working, and this involved a bit of reworking and some bad language. The engineering on this was very impressive (we built things in the MFI days) and the result is terrific.

Everything went up well except for the shelves at the sides....couldn’t get them to fit properly so I couldn’t get them screwed in.Hoping to get it modified, however I shouldn’t have to do that. Not the worst...but I wouldn’t buy anything else from them

Brilliant customer service had a missing part and sent a whole new replacement within days . Product is good we use ours for the bbq . Looks awesome very happy easy to build and quality is spot on too .

Had this BBQ shelter for 2 years, the material has weathered and started to rip. Outsunny are owned by AOSOM, I contacted them to purchase replacement panels. "We don't sell spare parts" was the reply. So if you purchase this be aware it is a throw away item if something breaks. Will never purchase Outsunny products again.
