Sturdy cute lamp base but the top lid is not
My son loves the lamp because of the base has a sports-oriented motif. However, there appears to be no way one can securely fasten the shade on top of the light bulb, so it becomes wobbly and loose. Because the lid is not secure, sometimes it appears crooked. I am not sure why they designed the lamp this way. There are probably better lamps out there with a sports theme such as this.

Cute
This lamp is really cute. I ordered it for my boys room. It's a bit smaller than what I thought it would be but it's cute. I put it on the nightstand by their bed. I do like how it comes with an on/off switch so you don't have to touch by the light. It also comes with a light bulb for it as well. Nice set up so you don't have to buy anything extra. The design is really cute too. Sturdy materials.
