How do these compare to vipers?

Completely different. Wider foot pocket, much softer rubber in the foot pocket, wider blade, lighter in weight, but not quite as much thrust.

where are these manufactured? What country?

I'm not sure where they're made, alk I know is that they suck. They are stiff and I could not even kick. I bought them because of the hype. After two years, they are in my closet. I don't use them. They suck.
