Update. Very effective weight-loss program requiring no major lifestyle change.
I am 5'3" and weighed 135.6. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but I wasn't comfortable at that weight. I did a lot of research regarding meal replacements and was happy to find out that this product had less sugar and calories than comparison products. This ranked number one in my research. I lost 8 1/2 pounds within 16 days! I followed directions of drinking a replacement twice a day and had a nutritious meal also. Drinking one replacement meal to maintain my weight is my next plan. Definitely worth the money! UPDATE: I have now lost 16 pounds. I feel great! I drink this product once or twice a day and exercise three times a week. 16 Servings per bag...
The question above asks how many shakes per bag and the answer is 32. That is wrong. The serving is one scoop per shake and the bag says it has 16 servings. The taste is way too sweet with the artificial sweeteners. Its okay but a little too expensive for meal replacements.
