Jillian Michaels - Six Week Six-Pack / No More Trouble Zones [DVD]

Very good but not easy
I have a number of Jillian Michaels fitness Dvds and as usual she pushes you and you sweat a lot but then that is the whole purpose. The Six Week Six pack is 30 minutes long so if I have enough energy, I combine it with another workout. I think my favourite is No More Trouble Zones as this is more of a full body workout, it's tough and I do struggle at times. Unfortunately I have to stop using them for now as one of knees has being giving me a problem so have easy off on exercising but it has nothing to do with these Dvds so I haven't been able to see the result other people mention but I know for sure if you keep it up for 6 - 8 weeks and combine with healthy eating you will notice a difference. Also a plus, Amazon offer this as 2 in 1 so you save a little money as well, glad I waiting until I bought them. The only negative is that if you already have a number of Jillian Michaels Dvds then some of the moves are not new but that is a very small minus. Definitely recommend.

I am a big fan of Gillian so wanted to add this one to my collection after doing level 1 on Youtube a few times. Its definiteyl noticeable and I am startign to get much more defined in the waist and stomach area. It hurts and you will sweat!

My favourite Jillian so far!
I am a Jillian fan and have been since 30 Day Shred. I think she is fabulous and this two-in-one DVD is no exception.Harder than "30 Day Shred" and "Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism", due to the areas in which you are targeting and the use of weights; however, both DVDs have caused me to burn over 400 calories which is fab for 40-50 minute workouts!Easy to do in your front room all you will need is a mat and (I used) 3kg weights.I definitely recommend this DVD combo.

I like the DVD but it is very challenging
I like the DVD but it is very challenging. If you don't want to put the effort in then this DVD is not for you.

Jillian delivers as always
I have quite a collection of Jillian dvds, i get bored easily though so i like to have a few different circuits available. This one includes some old school moves, it may not be the hardest of her workouts but as she says you can make it harder with weights if need be. Never the less the workout is still good and builds up a sweat!! great value with the two dvds in the box and it works !!

Another 2 great workouts
NMTZ really works a bit of everything so is a great all rounder. Takes longer than 30DS etc but it is about the same level of difficulty, sweating within first 2 mins of the workout as usual with Jillian's DVDs.6 week 6 pack good for a change. Second circuit of 2nd level difficult as trying to maintain form while doing it faster.Recommend both DVD's, they get results.

Pace a little slow !!
I thought I'd try another set of dvd's by Jillian Michaels I found that with this set I found it a bit tedious and a little boring.Six week six pack 25 minutes is ok as I do a lot of my work outs in the morning before work and that's long enough for me.Then The no more trouble zone is 40-45 minutes I find that really slow and then so many doffrent moves up standing then on the floor.I keep going back to it but once I start I think oh no just to sloew for me.

Love this dvd
Love this dvd ...my favourite of all. The six week six pack I do almost every time and then I top up with half hour of trouble zones doing biceps, triceps and shoulders. If I have lots of energy I do the whole thing ..working everything. Love this lady!!! These dvds definitely work for me.
