Very complete package from Laptop Warehouse.
I ordered this to replace a similar older model, which had given good service, and for which I still had ink supplies. This iP7250 arrived very quickly. It came with 2 USB leads and 2 power cords. Also a pack of XL inks as well as the OEM installation inks. On top of that - a packet of jelly babies. Blimey! Print quality is excellent. A tip - leave it switched on permanently and make at least one print every 2 days. This will prevent the printer from running an expensive check cycle every time you turn it on. Edit - this new model turns itself off automatically - no ink saving, I'm afraid.

Canon Pixma IP7250 Inkjet Colour Printer
Slightly disappointed when I received this and realised I had sacrificed scanner for CD/DVD printer. Following the paper instructions was a nightmare. Alignment didn't work properly. There are no instructions for the CD/DVD printer. When I put in the Installation CD I was informed that one of the ink cartridges was faulty and had to replace it. The print quality ( when I finally got it working) was no better than my old HP 1510. The main reason I bought it was because I wanted to print my own CDs but I still haven't found the correct way to do this. Image Garden totally gets in the way! I'm reverting back to HP for my normal printing needs as the Pixma is so slow and seems to have a mind of it's own. I will never buy a Canon product again.

Not a lot of features
I should have read the spec better. It does not photocopy or scan. It does print good quality but is very slow to start up from off. Also, the two paper trays are confusing: the relevant tray for A4 is underneath the appliance.

Totally disappoining. I purchased this printer to replace my old iP4500 Pixma printer, hoping it would give me an improved performance. I have found the iP7250 noisy, extremely slow - it seems to take an interminable time scratching its head before it condescends to actually print. Rather than a step forward this seems to be a step backwards. I shall re-install my old printer.- it,s mechanics and software are much simpler ( and better).

the results are excellent.
I bought this machine as a printer, copier, scanner, to replace my Canon MG5550 which developed a 'code' which could not be cleared and it would no longer function correctly. When I came to do a scan, the manual on this new machine said 'place document on the platen, and scan'...… there is no platen, and no glass screen under a door to lift up, on this machine, even though the description stated clearly it had a scanner. I ended up having to buy a standalone scanner to use with it, to replace what I had before. The description was mis-leading.The drop down door at the front, which has a tray to receive the copies is very weak, and the extension fell out on the first day.... having said that when it prints from a file, or from my scanner, the results are very good.
