It’s brilliant for me.
Love the ease with which I can cook a big breakfast in minutes ( plus a little heating time for the griddle.) it is cleaned with only oil and water and really is non stick. If you like fast food this one is highly recommended by me.

No Mains Switch - Unreliable Thermostat - Closed Vents - Leaking Edges - Not Laser Welded As Claimed
I really wanted to love this unit but it's probably going to get sent back to Amazon.Straight out of the box, the vents are all closed up - they all needed prising open.The so-called "non-leaking laser welded edges" are not welded at all - and consequently the cooking oil leaks down all the sides of the hot plate.There's no mains switch - if it's plug-in, the green light is on all the time.The thermostat control is inconsistent and the temperature markings on the dial bear absolutely no resemblance to the actual hot plate temperatures that I measured.It heats up quickly and the thermostat cuts off the heat (red light goes out).If the red light (heat) cuts off at 200 degrees, it doesn't come back on until it cools down 100 degrees.It takes about 25-30 minutes to cool down before the red light comes back on again. Ridiculous.It claims to have an 8mm thick hot plate but it's nowhere near 8mm - it's more like 6mm maximum.No Mains SwitchUnworkable ThermostatClosed VentsLeaking EdgesNot Laser Welded As Claimed.Plate thickness is 6mm not 8mm as claimed.Also, the hot plate is roughly finished - it's not smooth - you'll need an electric sander to make it smooth.3 stars max.
