They canāt figure it out lol
The media could not be loaded. I have 3 frenchies and none stay still. It was easily built and the quality is good. It looks like the dog swings I see in advertisements. Once they figure it out Iām pretty sure it will be super comfortable. For now giving it a 5 star for those that the dogs know how to use them

Amusing product. Only time will tell if frenchie will like it
So i originally thought the chair was faulty. But it was user error, my fault.The chair assembles together as it should, though it looks like a black piece that connects the base poles wasnāt attached or included. Doesnāt appear that it would impact how the chair functions though.Looks like there are two angles to choose from and theyāre kind of steep. Im not sure how to get my frenchie interested in it. Guess Iāll have to wait and see.

This ended up not working for us
I couldnāt get it to truly open up. The fabric was ok and fit the metal but the bottom plastic part wouldnāt snap out so I could set it up. I tried, my husband tried 2 different of my friends tried and it seemed like if you forced it the plastic would snap off.. I returned it

no directions
this came w no instructions after an hour my husband finally decided to take the screws out and put it together the right way. look around before you purchase this one im sure there are better built ones . this was cheaply made and way over priced...

Terrible!! Incorrectly built
The was incorrectly built. I cannot use it. The gear adjustment is on the wrong sideā¦.

Love the idea but it broke as we were putting it together!
Looks like some other reviewers got their units together just fine so perhaps they have remedied the problem but the one we got was defective. The instructions aren't really clear and we did our best but as we were putting it together a critical piece of the contraption that is made of cheap plastic snapped and we weren't able to find a work around. So yeah this thing was totaled before it even drove off the lot. They need to redesign this with better quality parts. The price is just right for the idea of what it is supposed to be but way too high for the reality of the poor build quality.
