It's a fancy bait bucket. Just don't tell Ether. She is enjoying her new home. It was supposed to help her move to my new home but ADD kicked in an now she has been living in it for over a month. I did enjoy carrying her to the new location. The mesh top didn't leak all over everything except when I walked into a wall. It did splash a little on my shoe. The "bucket" has a very long rope which I'm sure where will us on me if I don't setup the aquarium soon but that is not because she doesn't like the bucket but because she misses her friends. Recommended buy if needed. Good fish traveling device.

This was great for our trip to the beach! Our boys love to hunt for crabs and small fish. Very compact and easy to travel with! It is very durable and the two zippers were very handy for catch and release. We will be able to use this for years to come!

My child played with this for hours at the beach and never even caught anything. I can't wait to see how much fun it will be when he does. Very easy to travel with as it packs back down into an almost flat position.

We live in a area with creeks and the outdoors, my kiddos and I use these quite heavily in the summer. They’re durable and made well, during the off summer months my kids love to use these buckets for everything play wise. I’m so glad I bought these !

These work amazing for collecting shells, crabs, small fish, etc. I love how you can just zip the top and still wash all the sand out! I had several moms ask where I got them and we have tried several over the years, finally found a great one!

As a family we really enjoy tide pools and the beach in general.We always take some buckets to temporarily observe the animals we find.These are good for those purposes though overall I prefer the versions made of rigid plastic.The clear plastic on these is flexible. that's great for travel and storage, but it results in a more flimsy tank when it's full of water. It's also harder to look through and get a clear view of the animals inside.Now, if you aren't going to use this to hold things you want to observe, these are probably a great option.The price is a bit high at $35 for two but not ridiculously.

This was perfect for our last vacation! It twists down into a compact size and then opens back to full size easily. My kids loved having it to catch little hermit crabs and such. It was neat to have a clear “aquarium” so everyone could watch them move around instead of 3 kids fighting over one plastic bucket.
