I got the item, charged them and i am happy.

The batteries that came with my LED flashlight were rated at 3300ma, these are 9900ma which gives a far longer usage between charges. Works well with my existing charger

The batteries did not come fully charged. Once I charged them, the batteries worked fine.

The most blatant false advertisement I've ever seen. These batteries are famous for being vastly under the power rating stated on the battery, and the ones I ordered were no exception, coming in at a capacity of just 1400mAh when tested as opposed to the 9900mAh listed. Disassembling one of the cells, i was disappointed to find there was no battery protection circuits of any kind (even though the packaging lists short circuit and charge/discharge protection circuits) - a HIGHLY dangerous misrepresentation, and one of the reasons I bought these to begin with.

The battery performed exactly as advertised, holding its charge well since purchase. It charges efficiently and has maintained consistent performance throughout use. No issues with capacity degradation noted so far, making it a reliable power source for its intended application.

I have 2 vape units and alternate between the two, so I am not impressed.
