Outstanding Cookware!
This pan is fantastic! We use it daily. Important tip - make sure to set up the warranty on the Hex Clad website as soon as you get it. There is a spot for your order number if you ordered from Amazon. I encountered an issue with the middle of the pan slightly wearing a bit about 5 months after use, and was able to file a warranty claim. They replaced it for free! They will make sure that you used the pan correctly. We love this pan and the customer service is top notch! If you are any type of home chef or professional chef, we highly recommend! You also might notice all of the Food Network cooking shows use this brand as well!

Hex Clad is the best!
I actually purchased the entire Hex Clad set one piece at a time. These plans are amazing and no scrubbing needed. They are well worth the money. I would highly recommend buying these pants to anyone who cooks a lot and does not want forever chemicals in their food. You do need to season them before use, but to be perfectly honest it doesn’t stick whether you do or not. I also purchased this pot rack to keep them all together underneath to save space and it works out really well. I highly recommend this brand for anyone who loves to cook.

Best cookware ever
Wow, just wow! I’m so glad to have purchased this pan. I wanna cook everything in it😜 heats evenly, cooks fast, washes clean without effort and wipes out anything in it when your changing between food items. Kinda heavy but definitely durable. The cost of this pan is truly what it should be as it works so well! I’m very impressed and have gotten a great item for this cost. If you’re thinking about getting, just stop now and PRESS BUY IT NOW

3" saute pan
I bought the 3" saute pan instead of the skillet, to replace my favorite nonstick saute pan. The higher sides allows for more food in the pan and keeps the heat in the pan longer. As a professional chef, I love, love this pan. Nonstick is fantastic, clean up is a breeze, searing is great. You can get a lovely brown seat on chicken, finish your dish around it and pop it in the oven to finish baking. I don't fear putting acidic foods in this pan like I do with cast iron. Marry Me Chicken and seared Steaks are both perfect from this pan

Worth the money well made pan
I had a similar sized pan from copper chef, titan series but after 9 years it started to peel. Not much but I don’t trust peeling pans. So I went to replace it and they don’t make it anymore. I knew about hexclad but couldn’t justify the cost. I had the money so I thought it’s worth the investment so I bought it. This pan is beyond what I thought and I’m glad I made this investment. Very well made and I’m hoping it stands the time as we are a cooking household for sure. Glad I decided to give it a try.

Gets Sticky but can be brought back
It will develop a "sticky" area in the middle with use. After about a month I was having to add significantly more oil to keep food from sticking.Their website details "restoring" your pan using vinegar/water and then scrubbing with baking soda. Doing that and re-seasoning your pan will get you back to nearly new.
