Just did to someone else with same question: retailers had it for over $2 in 2019.

THe last time I purchased the black licorice version was pre-Covid at Target. It cost over $2.00 per package then.

Q: Is the price a misprint?

No, they are quite expensive. It is a big bag of them. I love them so will pay the price, I only buy 1 bag at a time and make them last.
