This Brookstone therapy eye mask comes in 3 colors: blush pink, glacier gray, and midnight black. It can be utilized hot or cold, and comes with a set of instructions that you should definitely READ. The lavender scent is quite strong, which some people may not find as enjoyable if scents irritate them - just to note.I really like using this right before bed or in the event of a bad headache. This eye mask is super soft to the touch and really comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It doesn't slide off and stays on all night. I really like the hot and cold feature and the heat last about 30 minutes for me but I don't microwave it that long either. The lavender scent is a little too strong for me that's why it got a 4 star instead of a 5.

This eye mask has a nice weight to it to add some pressure with the warmth (or cold). The lavender scent is light and pleasant, making this extra relaxing.

I've had eye masks like this before and thought I knew all about them. Nope! This one has different instructions...word to the wise, don't discard the box as that's where the instructions are!You need to heat this with water in the microwave. You can't heat it on its own. Sigh.That being said, it's super fragrant; the heat lasts a very long time, and the mask itself is definitely weighted. I found it was very relaxing to use. It's very soft and I really liked it.But I seem to have had some kind of reaction to the heat or the mask or the lavender. My eyesight was slightly blurry when I took off the mask...and this lasted for about 10 minutes. I'm not sure why, I am not allergic to anything in the mask. My daughter reported similar effects, but my son did not. So I don't know. Maybe it's the elastic band. I did not have exactly the same reaction to chilling the mask, but I also did not keep it on my face very long.In any case, this is really nice and definitely has a spa-like effect overall. Just read the directions for use and follow them. Maybe keep the box to store the mask in.

I wanted to try out using an eye mask to sleep to see if it would help me. First of all, this eye mask is so soft and fuzzy. Secondly, the heated/cold therapy is amazing no matter which one you decide to do. If you have puffy eyes the cold therapy would definitely help. The lavender smell is a bit too strong for me so, I won't be using this too much but for occasional use I love it!

I really enjoy this product! It is much different than most eye masks on the market. It is very soft and most of all it is weighted! The bit of weight added to my face would laying down makes me feel very calm and comfortable, similarly to a weighted blanket. Another amazing feature about this product is the lavender scent. I it adds another level of relaxation and helps me delve deeper into sleep. Overall, would highly recommend this product.

This microwaveable eye mask is great for tired eyes. It has a lovely, light lavender scent that is great for calming and relaxing at the end of a stressful day. I have only used it warm (toss it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds), and it feels great! It can also be put in the fridge or freezer, which would probably feel great if I had a headache, or just on a hot summer day. This would also make a great gift.
