Beautiful and good response from seller
First shipment was missing one of the glass balls at the end of the curtain rod. I contacted the seller and they completely refunded me so I was able to order another one for free. The glass balls at the end of the rod are gorgeous and it makes for a really nice look in my home. Great, prompt experience with the seller too!

I had a bad experience with this too.
It was torn in half down the middle and loosely taped back together. Inside were loose poles and one ball.
