Q: What size wall mounting screws does the 65” tv use?

Depends on the mounting racks, but as a general rule, the M8 screws work well... the racks usually come with all the combinations. I purchased a bunch of different sized washers and bought slightly longer screws. Looks funny from the back, but hey, it's wall mounted right! :-)

Q: How good the speakers , is the voice clear or you have to turn the tuner over 40 ?

At 12 ft from the TV in a bedroom, I have clear sound at night on 8-10 and when my wife is awake we listen at 15-25 with full bass and clear voice. I don't even use my sound bar anymore.

Q: What's the difference comparing to 2017's model un82mu8000?

I have also been browsing for TVs and looking at differences. What I saw, one of the differences between the mu8000 vs nu8000 is that NU8000 has an app called Bixby (I am mostly interested in this app) which is a voice activated app.

Q: Will this make ultra hd movies being played in the xbox one s look the best as possible?

When streaming and playing movies you will get the full 4K HDR experience from Xbox one S if the movie or streaming content supports it. When playing games you will get 1080 and hdr if the game supports it.
