Christophe Adam, pasticcere autorevole, non si limita a firmare, ma ci mette del suo: una piccola introduzione su tecniche base e qualche buona idea di combinazioni di ingredienti, sia dolci che salati, una manciata di curiosità per il riuso di pots e scatoline, e, su tutte, un bignè cotto nel bicchierino dove verrà farcito.Perfetto per un regalo.

me gusta mucho el libro y las elaboraciones de Christophe Adam, pena que no estén los mismos libros en diferentes idiomas, ya que yo no se Francés, pero si te gusta la pastelería, se entiende bastante jajaj

As usual, all of Chef Adams recipes are terrific. maybe more than a novice's experience is required but it's a great addition to "Tartlettes" and "Eclairs!"
