Great tablet for my daughter. She loves the books it came with. The headphones are comfortable and case is great for traveling between my home and her dad’s.

The tablet stopped charging during the warranty period. I notified the company and it was replaced for a fee after a multitude of email correspondence. The replacement came in April and it has since stopped charging. I started the process with the company and as of this writing I have sent three emails. Asking for a prompt resolution.

Works great perfect size for the kids and easy for a five year old to figure it out and they love the books that are preinstalled

This tablet is so slow, it takes at least 5 minutes to turn on. It works fine for my grandson to watch in the car or on the plane when traveling but would definitely go with a different tablet for any future tablet purchases. If you are looking for speed, this tablet is not for you.

My grandkids love these tablets but the charging port brakes easy, recommend laying it on a flat surface to charge. They do not do well if they are thrown, stepped on, sit on, or slept on. Overall a very nice product and I did buy again after first one had broke charging port. It is user friendly and a great tablet when parents supervise treatment of it. A more protective case would be useful.

The absolutely worst tablet. Runs extremely slow, I have to delete 4 games just to download one. Tried to move the Disney books to an SD card to make more space, won't let delete them off tablet.
