Grips just spins around
The two concave grips fit perfectly. Stayed in place while playing Witcher 3. The convex cqc grips had an issue with it spinning around while it was installed. I had the older cqc and those didn't spin and stayed put. Also the material used for the ones felt a lot like a hard rubber. I was planning on using these to replace the old ones since they're worn out. Sent these back because those didn't fit snug and would spin around during gameplay.

Good, but could be better...
They are definitely an improvement over stock grips, but as someone with smaller hands (which they are designed for), I found that the concave design leads to slipping more than say the Galaxy series or even the Signature series which are taller, but have a convex/concave hybrid design. The little bumps offer very little grip to prevent sliding when you get sweaty. I would opt for any other design rather than these.

Very loose
Grips are loose. Won't fall off control sticks, but loose enough that spin in place. Very annoying. I have lots of kontrol freek sticks and this is the only time this has happened.

You'll definitely have a better grip on your controller than Britney Spears has on her life with this thing.

I own several of these Kontrol Freeks and these are by far my favorite but this batch was terrible
The CQC(slightly raised version) was loose on both of them. I own several of these Kontrol Freeks and these are by far my favorite but this batch was terrible. They were very loose and would constantly spin on the controller, and also would pop right off. I would recommend any of the others over this set.

I love KF, way better than scuf in my opinion and definitely better than those cheap rubber covers that go over the sticks.
