Cold, smart and helpful.
It’s better than expected! We are a family of fizzy zero drinks and I was sick of replenishing our little tunic cube fridge. So we got this, and it hasn’t disappointed at all. So cold. Holds about 94 cans. It sits in our unused dining room and is the best purchase of this year! I order the drinks from the shop so no heavy lifting, and the fridge is full! One less mundane job off my list!

Good looking and efficient drinks fridge, maybe a bit too 'cool'?!
I was looking for a replacement for my old beer fridge that gave up after years of service. Finding a good beer/drinks fridge doesn't seem to be as easy as the more common wine fridges that are available, but this one seemed to tick all the right boxes. It arrived quickly and was well packaged, so off to a good start there. It was a bit smaller than my previous one but is well laid out inside, so it stores almost as much and takes up less space. It is also very quiet in operation.Once it was up and running I found that it was actually a bit too cool! I followed the instructions and set it to the highest setting initially, and a couple of bottles of Tonic partially froze and blew the tops off! Having now set it back to a medium setting it is still very cold and no more issues with exploding bottles. The only small downside is the temperature control is inside the bottom of the fridge meaning you have to take things out to change it, but this shouldn't be an issue once you find your ideal setting. In summary, a very efficient drinks fridge which also looks pretty good as well. Looking forward to really testing it out at a few BBQs this summer!

Important if something goes wrong
Long review but please read as its a lot of money and if like me it goes faulty your in trouble. So I bought this fridge for my office and paid the extra money to upgrade my existing Husky Fridge of 10 years to something slightly taller and more room.I purchased this product based on two things the advertised noise levels and review ratings. Please read on for my honest review:Pros: Really well built, loads of space,Cons: Loud after first month, constant icing over, no refund after 30 days if something goes wrong, no returns box you have to do this yourself, temperature control is recommended to be set at 3 but never cooled coke cans or beers like my old fridge. So I would never buy from these people again, my fridge became noisy after the first month, so I de-iced the fridge as per recommended guide, this cured the noise and stopped the compressor kicking in every few minutes. As the next month and so went on the four weeks of di-cing turned to three and then two, at this point I couldn't bear the noise in my office so I contacted them for a return/refund only to be told its repair only after 30days, fair enough so I agreed for them to pickup via DPD, the issue here was I'd have to get my own box to return the item. This is a big fridge and your unlikely to be able to find anything suitable to return it but find I did, I spent over £25 on packaging as I didn't want to take any risks. The communication was great with Subcold in terms of the item arriving, repair notice and return dates. This is where things went down hill fast, the item arrived back with the worst protective (I use the word very lightly here) packing, I opened the box to find the front door falling to the floor due to the door hinge haven been torn up and the rear of the fridge had a massive dent. There was no packing over the top of the fridge and what Styrofoam had been placed in the box looked like stuff they had lying on the floor, all broken and nothing matched. After I got over the shock I contacted them via Amazon messaging and heard nothing back for 2hrs, I then rang their head office and was told someone would be in touch. During the wait I received a reply from my online message telling me to keep the fridge with a guide on how to the refix the door (like it was way beyond fixing)) and have 10 or 15% off, I nearly fell off my chair, totally shocking reply.Eventually someone came back and offered to get DPD (who they blamed for it being damaged, (nothing to do with their warehouse staff not giving a care to the packaging) to pick the item up.Again another incident occurred in that the DPD guy didn't want to pick the fridge up due to its weight so took a lot of phone calls and frustration over two days for this to happen.I waited and waited for a reply from Subcold to inform me it had arrived back but nothing, sent at least four chasing messages and 7 days later they came back saying it had arrived and a refund would be issued to my account in 3-5 days. On the 9th day I messaged them as no refund, had occurred, they said there had been a syncing issue (how many times have we heard this excuse in the past) and payment would go through and to wait another 3-5 days, I'm still waiting as I type this. Please if I save one person buying from this company it was worth the effort typing this out.Worst customer service I've ever experienced and they just don't seem to care, the lady who said to me don't worry I'll sort all this out from here on in, never once replied back or reached out to me.
