This company really stands behind their product and puts the customer first. I received my mat and love it- it’s super comfortable and really eases the pain in my tailbone when I take a bath. I experienced an issue with my mat and although it was after the warranty period, they offered to send me a full replacement. I would highly recommend this- great product and great company.

Great for the tub add comfort and luxury. A little disappointed that one of the suction cups tore off but it's been in the washing machine and up cleans well. Also does not stain with adding other things to the bath water like oils and salts

Was ok in the beginning, but this cannot be easily washed between uses. The nature of the material gets hair stuck in it. Had to throw it away after a few months. Could not be sprayed off. Even tried soaking in soap.

Dirty. Stained. We washed and it didnt help. Item was packaged in small bag. Once removed from bag it was obviously stained. It appeared to have mold/mildew on it. Pictures are of the stains. The mat had just been removed from packaging when pics were taken and the mat was dry. On a lighter note the mat seems to be made of really good quality and the perfect size. Perhaps we received one that had previoulsy been used and returned.
