MK98SSM Scout Scope Mount for Mauser K98, M24/47, M48, VZ. 24 Rifles, Black

Putting aside how well this mount is designed and how easily it mounts, Brass Stacker offers truly excellent customer service. The first mount I received was off center, but when I reported the problem, they had a new one on my doorstep in 2 days (At no cost to me, I might add.) The new mount slid on perfectly and was as true as true gets, All in all, despite my misfortune at finding the one factory defect in the thousands they have manufactured, it is an excellent mount that is well worth the money, and should you have any problems, they will not hesitate to make it right.UPDATE: After putting 200+ rounds through the rifle with this mount attached, it hasn't so much as twitched off center. Excellent quality.

Absolutely THE perfect mount for my K98 Mauser! Fits like a glove with the included parts,and looks damn good too! The fit is snug, and due to the slight rise above the rifle's ramp sight original design, you can still use the K98's original sight without an adverse effect. This is a nice, low-profile scout scope mount that doesn't require much effort to be able to aquire your target when you're ready to pull the trigger.I mounted and leveled it in about 20 minutes, attached an Aim Sports 30mm Scout Scope using a pair of low profile 30mm UTG scope rings, and voila! An awesome setup that has held zero (3"-4" diameter groups @ 100 yds) through somewhere near 200 rounds. Local coyotes, beware.VERY VERY satisfied with the Brass Stacker mount, and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to scope their K98!

Nice scope mount for the Mauser. I have looked around for some time and this one is the best. A little pricier than some but allows the use of iron sights if needed. Very easy to attach to the rifle without any modifications.

Hard to find item. OUTSTANDING made in USA quality. Expensive - but price is fair considering what you receive. Unit will last forever. If not, it has a great manufacturer's guarantee. If you want to scope your MK98 and not modify it, this is way to go. I have done a ton of hands on & research.I would buy any product from Brass Stacker that fit mt application.

Absolutely a 5 star product. Finlay have a scope on my Mauser ( M48 Yugo fits perfect) and was able to do it without hurting the integrity of a curio firearm by drilling it. It actually gives it a old meets new look that's pretty sweet. My favorite part is it's made in the USA and the quality reflects that!

Really loved it! Its very sturdy and simple to install. I especially liked the way the iron sights lined up underneath. Will be getting their mount for a mosin soon.
