Works exactly as expected
I did NOT need to install the driver or software linked to from the item description; I connected the adapter to my my Fly Sky FS-T6 and it worked right away with Windows 10. The plug into the back of the controller was tight and a bit difficult to connect, but snug once I was able to push it in. The calibration/response in the Windows Game Controllers menu was a bit off, but irrelevant. I started Liftoff and ran the in-game calibration wizard. Everything behaved normally after that. I was able to fly around in Liftoff simulator using my actual radio controller.Only negative is the USB plug has a red LED that blinks when powered up. The blinking could be distracting if you plug it into the front of your PC or anywhere within your field of vision. I wrapped some electrical tape around it to cover up the blinking.

It works!!
I bought this device to connect my Spectrum DX7 to my computer and fly a drone simulator. It works just perfectly and comes with different connectors depending on the device you will use it with. Overall for the price and ease of use I would recommend this device to anyone wanting to use their RC radios on their computers with a simulator.

Works Well
The product works quite well, and connected my transmitter immediately to the PC. My transmitter is somewhat old, so I cannot do everything on the computer. Maybe need to look for an upgrade.

Perfect for FS i6x
Worked with Fs i6x on velocidrone on a slow win7 laptop perfectly. Plug and play just needed to wait for auto driver installation. The blinking light gets a little annoying but this thing easily saves you hundreds in crashes

Beware - this is a simulator cable, not a data cable. Can't be used for firmware update.
I have a Flysky Fs-i6 and wanted to use this cable both to play on simulators, as well as upgrade to the FW with 10 channels. However, the cable is never recognized as a serial - USB, and only works for communication (aka for sim playing). I had no issues firing up FPVFreerider and Liftoff and playing right away. If you need it just for playing in a sim, go for it. If you want to make the FW upgrade, make sure you get a cable specifically marked as DATA cable

Good cable and adapter.
At first I could not plug into back of transmitter because the plastic key is in the plug bigger than the hole in the socket.. I had to force it in and hope it didn't break my transmitter. After that it seems to work fine.
