Don't buy if you require it to heat the room.
I bought this heater for a v.small cloakroom. The first example I received had a broken thermostat control with wires showing through a split in the plastic body. The replacement was sound, and my fitter had no difficulty in installation.The heater looks good and is fine for keeping towels warm and dry but it makes very little impact on room temperature so for me it is a disappointment.

Heat added
It's a wall mounted electric towel rail, it looks well made, It was easy for the electrician to fit and the thermostat control works great. A huge improvement over the shocking heater that used to be in the bathroom

Ideal for a small room
Perfect to keep the loo warm! Easy to fit and safe. It looks great and holds a small towel easily so it’s fut for purpose in every way.It’s easy to change the temperature and it was warm within a hour of fitting it.

Very good product. Works well. I have connected to a smart power timer adapter so I can easily control when and for how long it comes on

Poor Quality
It's very poor quality product. Thermostat broke in one of the use and now there no alternative to order as its out of stock. This poor quality product should not be allowed for sale in UK as per electrical standards.

Good product and looks great great for small wash rooms .Would like better brackets bit fl8msey but seem to look and work okGood value and build quality.
