Garmin Nuvi Travel Accessory Pack for Garmin Nuvi 12xx 13xx 1690

I have just bought this for my widescreen Nuvi 1690. The case is nicely made in leather and fits reasonably tightly. I think that it is supposed to be a tight fit to ensure that the satnav doesn't fall out. I would recommend it.

I got this travel pack at the same time as the Sat Nav (Nuvi 1390T). Despite what I have seen written before the 1390 fits the carry case absolutely fine. As snug as a bug... I really like the multi national charger it is just like the one I have with my Blackberry with interchangable plug heads - perfect. Not quite sure why this pack includes a USB cable as the Nuvi came with one too, so I now have 2 of these.

Easy to use.

Whilst the USB cable and the charger/adapters are fine the case/wallet is useless. It is too small for the 13XX series unit which is 12.2 cms by 7.5 cms. Not only is the case the wrong size (stretching won't help as you won't be able to close it) there is no means of attachment to a belt/strap. Not great in pedestrian mode.I recommend buying the USB cable (for the downloads) and the useful charger/adapter as seperate items so saving money. There are other cases around.

Very happy i bought this - case is very tidy and fits my Garmin Nuvi 1340 perfectly. All the bits and pieces you need. A little pricey, but there again it saves you from having to buy all the bits and bobs separately!

Came the next day in nice packaging. All of the products inside the packaging worked and were in very good order.
