These are great . These are noted as gluten free . Out of necessity ,not fad I have to eat flatten free . Bummer , these ARE gluten free . 😁 Looks like they are on my diet . All jokes aside these are tummy , fresh and I like the sweet and sour combo of the fruit and chocolate . People complain about the size . I think it's perfect but I'm a little (ha) older and eat smaller sizes these days but when hubby and I shared one during a movie we did break into another one because we just had to check it out and make sure it was a good as we thought . With limited snack options for my diet that don't taste like drywall I approve and will be getting again . Probably would not have found these in the store cuz it's on an isle I don't frequently visit . Thanks

We love these bars. The four squares per pack at 150 calories with nuts, fruit and chocolate is a nice snack when you need something in between meals to fill a craving. But I ordered three different times from Amazon and all of the boxes arrived with a "best used by" date that was within 30 days of when the product was delivered. When I opened the chocolate was turning white and the squares were dried out and extra crunchy. So the inventory was old. Amazon made it right by refunding/replacing, but I ended up having to go to a different store to get packages that were fresh and not about to expire.

I love these. I never had them before buying them at Amazon and they are delicious, all good ingredients, makes me feel better about having something sweet.It is a small bar (though bigger than some I have had), and I like that it is in 4 pieces, it seems to last longer because I bit each piece into 3-4 bites, where a single bar I seem to take bigger bits. Very satisfying. Love this flavor. I bought another flavor as well. Love them both equally.

I was given a "free" bar as a product give away at a local grocery store. I'm not a sweet eater - however my wife is. brought this product home and it was a huge success.mind you, my wife is on a diet, and has lost over 30 lbs since Christmas 2015 - She can open a pack and have one square that satisfies her sweet carvings, while not killing her calorie count - and it provides the "chew factor".Found these on Amazon - much cheaper than at the local market.

My father had triple bypass surgery a few months ago, and these bars were either recommended to him, or they were given to him in the hospital (I can't remember). Anyway, he asked me to purchase them for him. He likes them, and he's pretty picky. I've never had one, so unfortunately, I can't comment on their taste, but it's been a good purchase for me!

These are super tasty without being overly sweet. My only complaint is that it comes with enough packaging to sink a ship.

I love this flavor and it isn’t stocked in my local stores anymore. They are packed with a cool pack so the chocolate doesn’t melt! Although sometimes the boxes may be a little damp from the cool pack, the product is not damaged and is perfectly delicious!

I really like these bars. I usually eat one in the morning after some light exercise. They help keep me sated until lunch time. They taste great and are much healthier than my usual breakfast options.
