Maelstrom Hydration Hiking Backpack with 2L/3L Water Bladder, High Flow Bite Valve Camping Daypack Lightweight

I bought 3 of these 2L backpacks for my husband and 2 boys for hiking and scout camp. The first time they got to use it was 2 days after receiving when we went to an airshow at the local AFB. The backpacks were easy to set up and fit my skinny 10 year old, not so skinny 12 year old and my 5'10" husband! Lots of space for all the extras like sunscreen, bug spray, a jacket, snacks, first aid kit and even Mom's water bottle. Flag is removable if needed and seem like they will hold up well with frequent use!

Nicely made and great layout for this size pack. Gift for teenage granchild. I bought a more expensive pack of about the same size that is nice, but this pack has a nicer water bladder design.Worth the price.

Great backpack and the water tube and everything worked great for us. Comfortable on the back with the 3 lbs of water. Lots of pockets and clasps to hook many things. Very nice for hiking in Hawaii.

Pleasantly surprised. I bought this item , last minute for a some hikes at Zion National Park. This pack is pretty good quality with a good sized bladder. It also has many pockets to organize your items. The only complaint is the mouth piece/valve. It isn't easy to you. Took me a while to figure out. Most mouth pieces require to pull on it to open the valve. The valve felt a cheaply made and it did leak a lot of water while reading the shuttle out of the canyon. Overall, great pack for the price. But I do recommend replacing the bladder for a higher quality one immediately.

Exceeded my expectations in design and workmanship. Excellent choice for running, walking, biking. Easily adjustable, narrow profile, fits close to the back, with no bouncing. Back and shoulder padding is textured and there is a channel along the spine, both features allow perspiration to evaporate. The bladder material needs a good series of overnight soaks and rinses to remove any chemical smell or taste. No problems or areas for improvements observed.

kids loved going up to rivers and lakes and drinking! they had so much fun. easy to use. kids drank a ton of water. Good amount of pockets for extras and walking sticks. pain in the rear to clean

Bag itself feels durable and not cheaply put together. Took it hiking during last camping trip and honestly barely felt it, very comfortable. It held plenty of water, kept it kool and insulated. Perfect size for added snacks and emergency gear.
