The Loft Law: The Last of New York City’s Original Artist Lofts

This book, photos and stories are close to my heart. When I saw one of the interviews on YouTube, I immediately pre-ordered it. I grew up in NYC, and when I was very young, (in the 1960's) I dreamed of an artists loft. It took me more than 40 years to start painting, and I've lived in 3 other states since those young years of dreams. Joshua has captured the beauty and toughness of these artists, he has captured and immortalized the legacy of the New York Artists. When I first opened this book it literally brought me to tears, and I couldn't put it down. I pick it up several times a week and enjoy it over and over. Thank you, all of you!

The artists and their stories are fascinating, and the quality of the book it self is first rate. Definitely a keeper for your library.
