Love my clock and so will you.
I bought this clock using Amazon Resale for about 1/2 the price it's listed for. I am very happy with the clock. The wood is very nice quality and finished nicely, the face, hands and numbers are all very nice. Love the size and it's easy to read across the room. There is a slight ticking that you have to really listen to hear it, nothing that would bother most people at all. I'm very happy with this clock. I do have to say it came in a smashed up box, with no bubble wrap and few unproductive pieces of brown paper. So thank goodness it made it here in one piece. The sellers ought to do a little checking on the people that send out their product.

Okay clock
You get what you pay for. Don’t expect a $500 clock for $70. Not wood at all. Frame is a dark resin composite and feels like 90% plastic.Cheap standard battery operated motor stewed onto to back. Keeps decent time however and second hand tick is not too loud.Actually I was wrong don’t really get what you paid for. You’re buying the Howard name here. Clock itself can’t be worth more than $15-20. Dollar General store quality going on here. It’s certainly not my great grandmother’s 1910 Howard mantel clock made in Boston USA sitting over my fireplace.Oh well. Bought this to hang over fridge in kitchen not as a show piece. It fills that function. Too bad Howard has lowered its quality and reputation so much over the past 114 years.

Nice clock...
Problems with delivery, but I was pleased with it when it finally arrived. Nice looking clock, of good quality. Keeps time just fine. There was one issue, at least for me. The previous wall clock I had in that place had a flat glass, and there was no problem seeing the time, while this one has a convex glass covering over the dial which reflects the kitchen ceiling lights, and makes seeing the time more difficult. I will probably have to change where it hangs.
