This was purchased on March 25, 2025 & today is July 13, 2025. I've waited to post this review, so that I could get plenty of experience with the printer first. I bought the cute pink one to match my rose gold laptop, & it came with the cables to attach it to my laptop, and a cute gray velveteen pouch to store the printer & cables in. It does take a bit of practice to get the paper centered just right, and I had two different types of paper by the manufacturer to play with - the individual sheets you feed through one at a time & the folding sheets that are attached to each other. I find the folding sheets far easier to deal with. Understand that this printer is thermal, so there is no need to purchase expensive ink cartridges! That's a HUGE plus! It plugs directly into your computer, you add the printer to your computer's approved printers, you hit print, it sends what you're printing to the printer, & it really is as simple as that. Understand, that it only prints in black & white, but the quality is good! I print out documents for the Social Security Administration every month, I print out my daughter's homeschool worksheets, and anything else that I need to print out. The only downside is that you can only print on one side of the paper because it's thermal paper. One side has writing on it by the manufacturer that indicates you don't print on that side & the other side is blank. I've also noticed that printed documents seem to have smaller print than when I print on my husband's HP printer. None of this bothers me because it's still legible & clear.

I am thoroughly enjoying this thermal printer! Not only is the color beautiful (green is my favorite color) but this is a very convenient item to have on hand when you need things printed off the Internet. I am so glad I researched thermal printers and decided to purchase this one. A+ plus plus plus plus plus!!!! 🎯🎯🎯

I bought this in August 2024 used it exactly twice (I don’t need to print very often obviously!) and went to use it yesterday to print a return label and it won’t turn on and will not charge. I called the customer service number and someone actually picked up and tried troubleshooting with me to start up the printer and it didn’t work. Told me he was escalating my issue and assured me someone would get back with me today (Friday) and I’ve heard nothing from them and it’s now 7:45 pm! I spent over a $100 for this printer less than a year ago and used it twice and it’s a piece of crap with poor customer service!

I was looking for a printer for travel to use with my MacBook Air M2. This fit the bill but there is an issue with the USB C port. The problem affects a number of these travel printers. The problem is that you can not use a USB C to USB C with them. If you use a USB A to USB C and an adapter then it will work fine. The problem from what I have found is that they didn't include resistors on the USB C port to tell the computer that it is connected. I think this is a bad design decision since all new Macs only have USB C ports as do newer Windows computers. You can not use Bluetooth to print from a Mac to the printer.This is not a deal breaker as it is a very nice printer and the drivers support Mac's (with both ARM and Intel processors), as well as Windows computers (with Intel and ARM processors.). Plus iPhone, iPads, and Android devices.

Purchased this so my kids could print out school assignments. Does not print in color. Easy to connect to apple devices and it printer has quick charge; will work plugged in too. Must use own block attachment for usb cord it comes with. It came with roll paper and it had terrible curl; very difficult to flatten out. However, we have since purchased and used the flat perforated thermal paper and no more trouble with curling paper; easy to tear. Thermal paper decently priced. Thermal print quality good, prints fast, fairly quiet. Portable.

Wanted to use the printer with Linux Mint. Driver comes in a .tar file. Must be very conversant with the command line for .tar files to install, even with the online instructions. Maybe there is a compatible printer driver in Mint's printer database but I have not found it yet. Follow up - Tecnical support sent me various instructions on how to install but they did not reconcile with the downloaded file. D8rected to a folder, for example, which did not exist. Restored windows and then dual boot with Linux. Works fine on the Windows partition.

Terminal Printer, which means you don't have to worry about buying ink. Print really well when it works. Easily connection to my Samsung Fold5 phone via Bluetooth. Bought May 3, 2024. Had issues with getting it to turn on a few months after buying it. It says push and hold button 3 seconds to turn on. That wouldn't alway work. It would charge just find or act like it was fully charged but when you try to turn on, it wouldn't come on. Now I can't get it to turn on at all. It use to beep and the green like would be on, but not anymore. Would not buy nor recommend. It doesn't last a year.

Love the convenience and how easy it was to get printing, either by my phone or my MacBook! Won’t be disappointed with this one!
