I was so excited to get this hooked it up. Downloaded all the apps that it told me to and it worked great for the first month and a half then turned it on. All the apps I tried to open kept telling me I needed a password. There was never a pass word given. Now it's just garbage because nothing works on it. I can't watch anything on my TV. I spent $400 for this piece of crap

I just set this up yesterday. So far so good. I noticed most videos on the net cover earlier models. One video on this model focused on various settings, not how to perform typical functions. Are there any pdfs or videos out there? Also, is there a discussion forum where Q&As or tips can be shared among users?

The Elite/Premium Apps worked for like 2-3 weeks and just stopped working. Says the pin or password has expired. Reached out to customer service. They said the servers were down and they’d be back up soon. Once they were back up and running, the elite and premium apps never worked again. I reached out to Customer service again with no response. Feels like a scam.

Apparently this vendor was a complete scam. Web Site and email contact no long exists.Elite worked for about 30 days and is no longer available. Blue TV still is good.

If convivence is your thing, stick to cable companies. That being said, Ultra Elite Super Box is good and bad, so that being said, Super Box has its host of problems. Customer service is almost non-existent, constant freezing of the screen, movie information is occasionally wrong. Playback features is very limited. Sometimes you might get kicked out of the show you're watching back to the home page. Accessing channels is slow because of the count down from 10% to 100%, sometimes is slow. Voice command doesn't work consistently.

Was very excited to get my super box elite ultra only to open it up plug it in go through all of the steps only to find there is no elite app. Try to get hold of Customer Service almost impossible finally found a place that I could email of course I got a reply the next day as I’m sure it was coming from China saying that they were working on it and it would be up within a day or two. Seen the message scrolling across saying go to the App Store and download your elite app now, still no app turned it on today the screen jumping around and blacking out Returned it on the 12th of August. UPS and still haven’t heard a thing or gotten my refund. It is now the 20th.

I get more channels now than with the satellite TV.
