I am pleasantly surprised at this watch. FITPOLO ID208 PLUS. Iwas a bit leary since I hadn't heard of this company but, it got pretty good reviews.First of all, the screen is clear for my eyes even without glasses and the faces can easily be changed but I decided the original one is good for me.Secondly, the health functions are all great. I got this watch to start tracking overall heart rate and O2 during the day and cycling and walking. I set them to constantly monitor and it does a great job at both. It reads heartbeat every 5 minutes and O2 every 20 minutes all day and very surprised that battery life holds for about a week. The data is easy to get to and it can alert me to highs and lows immediately.An added bonus is the sleep tracking. It gave me lots of data and has graphs you can check if you want. It also has nice explanations of the data with embedded links that you can click on if you want to delve deeper into each function. I did not realize I would even pay attention to that but I like seeing correllation between deep sleep stages and heart rate and waking at night.I don't use the phone function very often but I have answered and made quik calls on it and asked if sound was good and they say yes. Speaker is tiny tho sound is adequate. I also tried the camera control and it worked great. ( Another function I didn't think I might want )Altogether, this is way better than I expected and I am glad I chose this watch/ health monitor.Only thing I would like is google assistant instead of alexa, but I can make it work.I give this watch a 10 for greatly exceeding my expectations which not many things do nowadays.

I've had my watch for over a year now and it is just as great as day one. Features include heart rate, steps, sleep, calories, exercise, is water resistant. Even takes and makes phones calls and texts. Attractive design, easy set up and use of watch and app. Excellent value for the price and lightweight. I love my watch.

I can only comment on instant service. The packaging was great, exactly what I ordered, and setting it up on my phone with the QR Code also easy sneezy. They have an offer with another QR code that when I added them to my whatsapp I got a two year extension on my watch and a gift!! Quick responses which I think if I have any issues makes me confident they will respond. Only have used the breathing feature, haven't even slept or done any walking with it yet, but look forward to trying it out. Only 4 stars for the very reason I have only had it on for 3 hours.

This might be the best thing I purchased from Amazon. I have a iPhone but I’m not a fan on the rest of Apple products so an Apple Watch was not an option. With this watch I can monitor my health, sleep, exercise and menstrual cycle along with making calls and using the screen as controls for music play. I can’t send messages but really who would want to text on such a small screen. So really what more could I ask for

Really like this smart watch, easy to read (large & bright screen), heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and steps among other are available. Answering calls and reading text, the list goes on and on. What really impressed me was Customer Service:fast, effective and Customer orientated. Thank you very much!

I love my watch! I wear it everyday. Lots of features, if I’m real busy and away from my phone I can answer with my watch and have a clear conversation. Being able to change the face to match my outfit, so many free ones to chose from. I love all the other features also, my steps daily, how I’m sleeping, water intake and so much more. The watch design is stylish rememsent of more expensive brands. please ignore the jewelry, the watch does not come with jewelry its sold separately, but even without the jewelry the watches appearance is conversation starterThe design is nice but one of the main reasons I purchased this watch was for the health monitor features etc, but unfortunately the accuracy of vital monitoring are inconsistent for example my heart rate and steps were either over estimated or under estimated during various physical activity'sConnecting Alexa was a bit frustrating I had to go through the required steps multiple times before the connection was successful, additionally importing contacts was also disappointing as the watch only imported a limited amount of numbers some of which I don't use oftenA positive aspect, the watch can make and receive phone calls simply install the corresponding app and follow the steps, it's nice that I no longer have to fumble with my phone during multitasking errands, call quality is good no need to pay additional costs for cell serviceScreen quality is decently clear, and crisp, not as clear as some watch brands but nice enough it's pretty bright outdoors, as for durability? the watch is pretty durable able to withstand normal use, though I have never dropped or scraped the watch against a hard surface to know for certain that it can survive a serious scrape etc.Charging is pretty straight forward the magnetic charging cable is included in the packaging, battery life isnt bad the watch last a few days for me on a full charge around four or five daysConn if you have allergies and or your skin is sensitive you may want to consider getting a clear cover for the censors as the watch censors may cause skin irritation, I experienced noticable skin irritation and discomfort while wearing the watch which forced me to stop wearing it prior to applying a clear coverWould I recommend this watch? If the health monitoring capabilities, and overall functionality are important you this watch isn't the best you can get at this price point there are several affordable smart watches popping up on the market today that offer better performance, budget friendly doesn't have to mean poor or mediocre performance anymore.
