Good product does exactly as expected a d reasonably priced.Let the machine do the work,no need for excess force. Only used the wire wheel. Had large area to clean. The wheel did wear down but this is expected. Replacements are not bank busting so even if needed 1 per year it still saves your back doing it with a manual brush!!!!

I was very nervous about purchasing this item as the market is awash with "easy weeding" devices that, in my experience, don't work. Also dubious looking 3rd party devices to attach to "most" strimmers - but never the one you have.Nevertheless I was desperate for something to deal with my patio and brick paver garden path that had weeds sprouting fro every crevice - much too tough a job for hand weeding - so decided to take a chance on the Grizzly.Good choice! My patio and path entered winter weed free after about an hour's work without any bending or kneeling. Of course, the weeds will emerge again in Spring, but a quick once over with the grizzly every few weeks should keep them under control. I haven't yet used it enough to comment on durability or long term effectiveness - but so far it has done the job I needed doing. Also - although there are lots of warnings on here about it coming with a continental or German plug - so much so that I had searched out my trusty multi adapeter - my grizzly arrived with a perfectly good UK plug attached!

I had some doubts that this would be that effective on my brick drive, i ordered it as i had spent two days with wire brush and it was back breaking , the 3 year warranty attracted me the grizzly as well as price this product was excellent completed the drive in two hours very impressed great delivery highly recmended , neighbour has since purchased one and is also delghted i hope it lasts for a long time as it saves time and physical effort

This patio cleaner looks the part, and costs a fair bit compared to other versions. Hubby used for 2 afternoons, and it developed a hot smell and kept stalling. Hubby thought it might have been the brushes (electrical, not cleaning brushes), which you can't change. I emailed the seller, and the very next day they were on the phone asking about it. They sent a courier to pick it up, at my convenience, and sent a replacement by return. Was impressed with the seller, not so impressed with the Patio cleaner. While it was working, it was good, but I think that the moss has to be completely dry, or the moisture kills the motor. Lesson learned, not going to use it until the summer, hopefully!!

I have a block paved driveway and purchased the Grizzly to clean the moss away from between the bricks. My drive is around 80 square yards. After just 9 square yards of sweeping, the motor started to make a completely different noise and smoke started coming through the plastic housing. I unplugged it pretty quickly and applied for a return label through Amazon. The postage to send it back cost me £15 with Parcel Force. The product when it worked was great, nicely made and effective. However, obviously not all things made in Germany are as good as their cars......

the handle broke on mine cant find a replacement and it uses the wire brushes very quickly on my block stone drive

I had a block paving wire brush/broom which I was using to clean the moss in between the pavers and it was hard work; back breaking. It wore out eventually, the brush that is, and I was about to order another when I saw this. I've just polished off the rest of the drive and am impressed. Firstly, I was expecting it to come with a European plug and about a metre of cable based on the description and other reviewers. It didn't. It came with a UK plug and a decent amount of cable which was fantastic and a nice surprise. After about 10 mins of assembly, it was up and running. I found the wire brush more effective than the synthetic brush. It did a miles better job of getting the moss out. However, it does scratch your pavers which the synthetic one didn't do. Personally, I'd rather having a scratched paver than a horrible load of moss so I'm comfortable with that but for those of you who might be concerned then go with the synthetic brush.

It is a good solid machine, I have been plagued with weeds on my brick block driveway for a few years now, have tried all sorts of weed killers hand held wire brushes, at the moment this seems to do the trick, as easy as hoovering your lounge!
