I have had this mattress for almost 2 years. After about one year, I started noticing pain on my hips when waking up. I notice my pain was absent when I was sleeping on other mattresses when we were traveling. It made me realized that my mattress was causing the issue. But it is too late now to return and they don't have any trade-in programs.I started noticing that the bed tend to sag quite a bit when the room gets hotter at night. I thought that this might be a warranty issue so I called them and found out the ridiculous procedure that they make you go through to test the bed. It's a joke.This was my second Tempur-Pedic mattress. The first one I bought 15 years ago seems to be better quality and firmer. This will be my last Tempur-Pedic mattress.

I purchased this mattress through another retailer, after being sold hard on the fact that it has a cooling technology, but this mattress definitely sleeps hot! I would wake up every morning sweating, so I ended up returning it.Pros:+ Very comfortable (you feel like the mattress is hugging you)+ Because it sleeps warm, you do get a restful night sleep. I never woke up, like with other mattresses and felt refreshed in the morning.Cons:(-) It definitely sleeps hot. I have a medium weight down blanket and I would wake up sweating every morning. I don't normally sleep hot, so was surprised at how hot this mattress sleeps.

I have problems with my back and having a firm mattress was very important to me. We bought the most expensive mattress but it’s quality did not satisfy my expectations. It does sink within a year and even that we got a new one through our warranty, the new matress has the same issues. It last firm for some time, but in 6 months starts to have sagging. Will never buy tempur pedicure again.
